01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Palm Lux Concierge Service website and your access to the vehicle rentals and concierge services we facilitate (collectively, the "Services"). By browsing this site, submitting a reservation request, or renting a vehicle, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services. Renting a vehicle may also require you to sign a separate rental agreement, which supplements these Terms.

02The Services We Provide

Palm Lux Concierge Service provides access to premium, luxury, and exotic vehicles together with personalized concierge coordination — including vehicle selection, scheduling, delivery, pickup, and special-event support across South Florida.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, including vehicle availability and delivery areas, at any time and without notice.

03Reservations & Requests

A reservation request submitted through this site is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. No online payment is collected at the time of request. Your reservation is confirmed only after a Palm Lux concierge verifies vehicle availability, reviews rental requirements, and communicates confirmation to you directly.

We may decline or cancel any request at our discretion, including where a vehicle becomes unavailable or where requirements are not met. Rates, deposits, and terms quoted are estimates until confirmed in writing.

04Eligibility & Driver Requirements

To rent a vehicle you must meet all requirements confirmed by your concierge, which may vary by vehicle, rental duration, and delivery location. Standard requirements include:

• chevron_rightMeeting the minimum driver age for the selected vehicle
• chevron_rightProof of full-coverage insurance acceptable to Palm Lux
• chevron_rightA refundable security deposit held against the vehicle
• chevron_rightA major credit or debit card in the renter's name
• chevron_rightSecondary valid identification and any additional driver documentation
• chevron_rightA signed rental agreement prior to taking possession of the vehicle

05Rates, Deposits & Payment

Rental rates, security deposits, delivery fees, and any additional charges are confirmed by your concierge before your reservation is finalized. No payment is processed through this website; deposits and payment arrangements are handled directly at or before delivery.

You are responsible for all charges arising from your rental, including but not limited to fuel, mileage overages beyond the vehicle's stated allowance, tolls, parking, cleaning beyond normal use, and any fines or citations incurred during the rental period.

06Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and modification terms are provided by your concierge at the time of confirmation and may vary by vehicle and season. Certain reservations, deposits, or event bookings may be non-refundable. Please contact us as early as possible to change or cancel a confirmed reservation.

07Vehicle Use & Prohibited Conduct

Vehicles must be operated lawfully and returned in the condition received. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the rental and forfeiture of your deposit:

• chevron_rightRacing, track use, speed contests, or reckless or off-road driving
• chevron_rightSubletting, transferring, or allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
• chevron_rightUsing the vehicle for any illegal purpose or to transport hazardous or illegal materials
• chevron_rightSmoking in the vehicle or transporting pets without prior written approval
• chevron_rightRemoving the vehicle from the authorized geographic area without written consent

08Delivery, Pickup & Return

Where delivery is arranged, you agree to be present at the confirmed location and time and to provide a safe, accessible handover. You are responsible for the vehicle from the moment of delivery until it is returned to and accepted by Palm Lux. Late returns may incur additional charges.

09Insurance, Liability & Damage

You are responsible for maintaining valid, acceptable insurance coverage for the rental period. You are liable for loss of, or damage to, the vehicle during your rental, including damage from collision, theft, vandalism, and improper use, subject to the terms of your rental agreement and applicable insurance.

Certain exotic and high-performance vehicles may require additional verification, increased security deposits, or specific insurance coverage confirmed before your reservation is finalized.

10Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palm Lux and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or any vehicle. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid for the rental giving rise to the claim.

The Services and this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Palm Lux Concierge Service, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of a vehicle or the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Palm Lux name, logo, text, graphics, and imagery — is owned by or licensed to Palm Lux Concierge Service and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without our prior written permission.

13Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

14Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
